Let's Talk CCS!

Join us on Tuesday 26th March for a new format SPE evening meeting – “Lets talk CCS”
Meet others in your field for a series of discussions on topics relating to CCS – specifically the challenges of CO2 storage in depleted reservoirs. There will be three topics - one per table - and you get 30 minutes at each table to discuss the topic with your peers before changing tables.
Doors open at 6pm, and each table topic will run for 30 minutes from 6:30pm. Along the way you’ll get a good 2 course meal with soft drink or wine, and a great opportunity to network!
Our proposed table topics will be:
- The challenges of drilling new wells into a depleted reservoir
- The challenges of legacy wells in depleted gas reservoirs
- The challenges of injecting CO2 into a depleted reservoir
